Disappointing 3 - 1 defeat at home to Drumcondra this morning. We got off to a good start with a lovely overhead kick from Gavin giving us the lead but Drumcondra seemed to want the ball more than we did and got themselves level just before half time. Playing with a strong wind in the second half, Drumcondra took control of the game and got themselves ahead mid way through the second half and with us chasing for an equaliser late on, we were caught out by a counter attack from Drumcondra, who fully deserved their win in the end. Our third defeat of the season but we have won 5 games so we are doing okay and have plenty of more games left to pull ourselves back into contention.
Last training before Christmas on Wednesday evening and please remember to bring your raffle tickets with you and for the parents, the annual quiz night will be on Thursday night in the Recreation Centre.
Well done to all today on a comprehensive away win against Glebe North and well done to the back 4 and David for keeping the opposition out. Great to get back to winning ways after last weeks narrow defeat. Special mention today for Oisin on a super hat trick. Everyone played their part today though so well done again.
Well done to all on a superb hard fought win away to Cloghertown. Despite going down 2 - 0 early on, the heads never dropped and we got back to 2 - 2 at half time. Pushed hard then in the second half and got our rewards for a real team effort. Special mention for Oisin's wonder goal !!!!
Joe,
When you get a chance could you send on a current Team photo, I can put it up on your page and the home page.
Thanks
Alison
Well done to all on a great team performance and a 3 - 1 win at home to Malahide United this morning. Training as usual from 6.00 - 7.00 on Wednesday evening in Mount Temple and please note that we have to get out photgraphs taken for the ndsl next Saturday afternoon in the dressing rooms and passports or birth certs need to be brought too.
Heavy defeat this morning at home to a very good Lusk side. We were short a few and had a few injuries early in the game which didn't help us but we kept fighting until the end and got one goal back. Important thing now is to put this one behind us and try and get back to winning ways next week. Only 4 games into the season so a long way to go still.
Well done to all on a 5 - 2 win away to Drumcondra this morning. 2 - 1 down at half time but the heads never dropped and with hard work we fought our way back into the game. Very solid defending from the back four in the second half and hard work from the midfielders and strikers all paid off in the end. I never like to single out a particular player when the whole team played their part, but well done to Liam Mcgrath on his hat trick. Keep up the good work lads in the training on Wednesday nights and every Sunday and we'll have a good season this year !/
Well done to all again this morning for a hard fought 2 - 2 draw with Ratoath which was a fair result. Great game with some lovely football from both teams.

Well done to all 13 players who were involved in our 4 - 1 win victory away to Huntstown Hartstown this morning. All down to nice football and hard work. All the players wish David Burke a speedy recovery.
Congrats to all on a great performance again yesterday and another cup win. Keep up the good work lads.
Well done to all on our first win of the season last weekend, a 4 - 2 win away to Dingle United in the Cup. Let's build on that now next weekend in our last cup game and try and keep up the hard work as we move into the league.
